Experiments
From DMWiki
Over the past few decades, an increasing number of experiments aiming at detecting Dark Matter have been planned and performed, with a clear tendancy to ever increase the mass and complexity of the various setups as limits of potential models are pushed further almost every year. They can be divided into two main categories. Experiments aiming to detect the interaction of dark matter with ordinary matter are called Direct, while Indirect searches look for products of the annihilation of dark matter in cosmic rays, high energy gammas or neutrinos.
